Come From Away tells the remarkable true story of how in the wake of 9/11, an isolated community in Newfoundland played host to the world.  As 38 planes carrying nearly 7,000 passengers were ordered to land unexpectedly at Gander International Airport, the locals welcomed their unexpected visitors: uneasiness turned into trust, music soared into the night, and strangers became enduring friends. Welcome to the Rock!

 Come From Away is an uplifting celebration of humanity’s ability to come together, no matter what the circumstances. The Friday performance marks the 25^th Anniversary of 9/11.

BSL Interpreted Performance – 2.30 pm performance on Saturday 12 September 2026. For booking information the BSL interpreter will be on the left hand side of the auditorium as you face the stage i.e. in front of seats 17 to 24.
